• talks by medical professionals, dieticians, hypnotherapists and many more

Please come and join and share your experiences to help us all cure IBS.

I'm currently trying to increase our group numbers by promoting the group using posters in medical centres, pharmacies, community centres etc. If anyone would like to download the poster and put it up somewhere local to them it would be much appreciated.

Running a self help group - If anyone would like help and advice on how to start a self help group of your own in other parts of the country then I'd be happy to help. Please just drop me a message through the form below.
